Ask about the Mother’s day special classes in May. Yogashala Call ahead 503-963–YOGA. Children age 3 months and up are cared for by trained professionals. Cost: For one-hour classes, the fee is $5 per child. All other classes: $8 for one child and $12 for two. Childcare offered for up to two hours per visit. Hours of childcare: Yogashala North Williams, Yogashala Southeast: MAMAlates Enjoy conscious movement with your baby. Learn correct biomechanics for holding and lifting your baby, receive handouts for home use. This class is appropriate after six weeks recovery from childbirth. Check with your healthcare provider before registering. Prenatal and post-partum classes are offered, childcare is available onsite, and private sessions can be arranged.
